Talking about dining halls next year...

Crystal: I think the Newing Dining Hall will be up by next year.
Priscilla: I think so too, but Bingham Hall was built pretty quickly and they had a lot of glitches. I don't want that to happen to Newing Dining Hall because I need to EAT!
